The music of identity.
In certain African tribes, pregnant women gather, move away from the village, pray and look within themselves, each one, for their son’s song. Because each human being has its own vibration, of a single color. Each woman learns her son’s song, teaches it to the whole village and, on the day of her birth, all the inhabitants gather to welcome the newborn to the sound of their music.
Then, when he enters the world of adults, when he gets married or when he dies, the whole village sings his song. If the individual commits a crime or an act of guilt in relation to the community, he is not punished or rejected, his song is sung to reconnect with the vibration of his unique identity and find the necessary resources for a social attitude positive.

I liked the depth of this story and what it represents so much that I wanted to share it with you.
Our identity is the guiding thread that starts at the moment of our birth and unfolds throughout the various stages of our life, revealing itself through the behaviors that we have in the different contexts and environments in which we find ourselves.
Everything we achieve depends on the identity that we are building and the agreement that this may have with the person that we really need to BE in order to be able to achieve what we desire for our life.
